Welcome to the 77 Yarm, a beautiful spacious bedroom with ensuite. The queen size bed, with royal bedding and a pillow top mattress, offers you a restful, relaxing sleep.  The room also has a cozy sitting area with two chairs and a loveseat. A carved wood framed fireplace and chandelier to create a regal ambience. Windows on two sides offer serene views of both the Rand Estate and the historic Butler’s Barracks parkland.

For your entertainment, pleasure, and convenience the 77 Yarm includes a wall mounted television, Blu-Ray DVD player and free WiFi access.

Other amenities include bath robes, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. We also provide toiletries prepared exclusively for Darlington House by “Just the Essentials” of Hamilton.

All rooms have access to premium coffees, teas, and a fridge to store wine or other beverages.
